Our pledge directly funds external programs and initiatives that:

While these initiatives are not delivered by Red Earth Talent, they are carefully chosen and funded by us to ensure every dollar drives genuine, measurable impact.

We’re solving for three key questions:

  • We’re focused on supporting programs that open doors to meaningful work, not just jobs, but careers. By funding initiatives such as paid internships, leadership development programs, and community-based training, we aim to help Indigenous Australians build long-term, sustainable career pathways across industries.

  • We partner with and fund initiatives that help organisations strengthen their cultural capability. This includes supporting training and education that builds awareness, encourages inclusive recruitment practices, and ensures workplaces are culturally safe and welcoming for Indigenous employees.

  • Our commitment is ongoing. Each year, we review the initiatives we fund to ensure they deliver measurable outcomes, from employment growth to leadership representation. By reinvesting a percentage of our profits annually, we can scale our impact and continue to strengthen Indigenous participation in the workforce.
