Trish Botha is deeply committed to creating opportunities that strengthen communities through real economic uplift. As Chair of Red Earth Talent, Trish champions practical collaboration and long-term capability building, ensuring pathways for Indigenous professionals are not only created but supported to succeed.

Her focus is on developing programs and partnerships that empower people with skills, jobs, and meaningful economic participation. Trish helped establish Red Earth Talent to make an immediate and measurable difference by connecting talent with genuine career opportunities and supporting the growth of strong local leadership.

With experience across multiple sectors, Trish brings a grounded, solutions-focused approach to turning ideas into action. For her, Red Earth Talent is more than recruitment — it’s about people, purpose, and driving sustainable change that benefits communities now, and into the future.

Iyari Cevallos leads Red Earth Talent with a passion for transformation and people-first leadership. With over 20 years of experience guiding organisations through complex change across government, not-for-profit, mining, superannuation, and utilities, she knows what it takes to deliver lasting impact.

As Board Chair at Women in Technology (WiT), Iyari has championed empowerment and diversity at the highest levels, blending strategy, governance, and positive psychology to help leaders thrive. Born in Mexico and raised between two cultures, she brings a global perspective and a deep commitment to collaboration.

At Red Earth Talent, Iyari focuses on building scalable, outcome-driven solutions that help organisations secure high-performing teams, meet Environmental, Social and Governance commitments, and create meaningful change for communities and businesses alike.
